- 'Our friendly staff will meet your child at the gate/shuttle bus drop-off point to escort them through arrival immigration and baggage collection*, and onwards to the transportation pick-up point for handover to parents/guardians. Unaccompanied Minors (UM) acceptance age are determined by airlines and entry requires by respective countries. Please refer to your carrier (airline) for UM age limits before booking this service. *Maximum 1 piece of carry-on baggage not exceeding 7kg, and 1 piece of check-in baggage not exceeding 32kg or the total dimension not exceeding 158cm (Length + Width + Height). Porter Service for extra luggage can be arranged at an additional fee.
